In Helico, objects cease to be static. Drawing from Sebastian Brajkovic’s fascination with rotational geometry and fluid transformation, each piece appears captured in a moment of gentle, pirouetting movement.
A tray’s edge turns a quarter as if spun on the lathe, a key box lid rests a few degrees off its axis, a walnut platter carries its rim in a slow spiral. Each is finished by hand, in lacquer, wood or leather, so the trace of rotation stays human.
