Jewellery

Complimentary cleaning and inspection for the life of the piece; complimentary replating of gold, palladium and ruthenium finishes within 24 months of purchase, then at atelier cost, quoted before any work begins; repairs to clasps, pins, hinges and chains on inspection; ring resizing within one size, complimentary within 30 days.

Haute Broderie

Embroidery is restored only by the atelier that stitched it.

Porcelain

Breakage is not covered, but we will help you source a replacement from the same edition while available.

Objects

Lacquer and leather can be restored, and Anamorphia trays re-enamelled, by the workshop that made them. Quoted on request.
