The names and marks SANG, SANG UNIVERSE, SERPENTINE, ELLIPSIS, ARDEIDAE, HAUTE BRODERIE, ANAMORPHIA, HELICO and SPIRA, and the names of SANG shades including Celestial Silk, Qilin Blood Purple, Knotted Green, Water Dragon Chant, Ink Stone and Tea Smoke, are [registered or pending ●] trade marks or distinctive signs of SANG GmbH. The designs and models of SANG works, including their sculptural forms, ornaments and embroidery motifs, are protected as works of authorship and, where applicable, as registered or unregistered designs.
