Haute Broderie Serpent Brooch

A serpent in thread, coiled on a brass frame.

The frame is hand-cast in brass and plated in Gold (three microns of 18k gold), Silver (palladium) or Obsidian (black ruthenium); the serpent is embroidered over it by hand in France, following one of Sebastian Brajkovic’s sketches. Thread colours follow the metal.

Wear it on a lapel, or at the shoulder of a coat where the beads catch the light as you move.

Limited to 50 pieces per shade.
